Like 3 years ago when I was still a super active brony, I offered Traveling Song to be in this super cool comic as a background character.
3 years later she is!! I AM SO PROUD OF MY BABY.
If you aren't reading this comic I am insanely surprised because it's a ton of fun and drama >v>
She got turned into a pegasus for the comic and damn look at her go!~ Haw-ha lil idiot got beaten down by Surprise, oh my little depressed loser, constantly disappointing everyone~ i culd make et into her tragic bckstory dat she wuz a pegsuss and guud at sportz but she lost hur wings in freak acident and now she sad n cry :0 tragic. On some level that would make sense seeing as her sisters are a pegasus and unicorn, what's up with her being an earth pony anyway?  Traveling Song needs to be tragic, she is my tragedy pony. But I don't know, how much harm can you keep doing to a character until it becomes unrealistic? ... Eh, her wings r gone, she never finished high school, she will never b a famous musician, her morning coffee always tastes bad and her parents r dead or something, I don't know. When in doubt- dead parents. (Because writing in a good reason for them not being around is harddd *writer tears*)

DAMN COOL COINCIDENCE that Traveling's number is '44' and my birthday is April 4! 04/04 = 44 magic. No doubt, my lucky number ^v^
